You're invited to attend INSCA's 2026 Leadership Development Institute (LDI)!

This year’s LDI will center on leadership, collaboration, and planning for the 2026–2027 year. Attendees will receive board and association updates, explore the evolving role and identity of INSCA/ASCA, and help shape the organization’s future direction.

The day will feature keynote speaker Dr. Jillian Lain of the Center for Vibrant Schools and Marian University, who will share insights on leadership and transformation in school counseling.

In the afternoon, committees will collaborate on strategic planning, goal setting, and priorities for the year ahead before wrapping up with committee reports and next steps for 2026–2027.

A $25 stipend is available for participants attending the full day.
