Learn how Indiana’s new high school diploma translates from policy to practice. This session unpacks the new  diploma’s key requirements, explores its impact on schools and students, and highlights strategies and resources to support successful implementation.

ABOUT THE PRESENTER
  Michelle Clark, MS, NCC is an experienced educator with 23 years of teaching, school counseling, and leadership roles. She has served as a PE/Health teacher, School Counselor, and Director of School Counseling. In 2013, she received the Middle School Counselor of the Year award from the Indiana School Counselor Association.The past six years she has held the role of Director of Student, School, and Family Engagement at the Indiana Department of Education where she helped create guidance on the new Indiana Diploma requirements. Michelle currently serves as the Director of School Counseling at Lawrence North High School and is enjoying being back in the schools directly serving students and families. She is also a member of INSCA, and serves on the Professional Development/Member Engagement Committee.
